How do I get my company listed on the Directory?

To find information on how to list your company on the Directory, please read our guidance note 'Listing your company on the RTPI Directory of Planning Consultants'.

To find out about the package options for a new company listing, locate 'list your company' from the directory menu. You can complete the company registration form using the link provided. When you have registered you will receive a welcome email to confirm your account has been created.
You can go on to set up and manage a new listing by using the email address and password you used to register; select 'Sign in' at the foot of every page or use the menu at the top right of every page.

Fill out the mandatory fields for your listing and select 'Pay for your package'. Once you have paid, your listing will become live on the site.

How much does it cost to be listed on the Directory?

There are four packages available; bronze, silver, gold and platinum, which are based on company size. Find out more about the various packages.

How do I change my password?

Before you start, you will need be able to access the mailbox of the registered email address. To change the password for your account, select 'I have forgotten my password' from the list of options shown below the 'Log in' button.

Before you start, you will need be able to access the mailbox of the registered email address. You can reset your password by choosing 'I have forgotten my password' from the list of options shown below the 'Log in' button. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

I don't know the registered email address

If you are not sure of the registered email address, it is the same mailbox that we sent details of how to renew your subscription. If you don't know this or are having trouble accessing your account, please contact our support team.

How do consultants sign in?

If you are already have an active subscription to the directory and you would like to log in, you can do this by choosing the 'Company log in' option in the expanding menu located in the top right hand side of the screen. There is also a 'company log in' button located in the footer menu.
