And now for something completely different

Stovell & Millwater is a well established, fully independent firm of Planning and Architectural Consultants offering a high degree of professional service based in the North East.

We offer the services of Chartered Town Planners and Architectural Consultants. The managing director David Stovell has over forty years of planning experience. His experience extends to the full range of Development Control issues including dealing with all types of planning applications, preparation of appeals and giving evidence at Public Inquiries.

As an integral part of, as well as a complement to, our planning consultancy the practice has its own in-house architectural design team. This enables us to provide, where required, a personal "one-stop" service from initial concept and ideas to finished development.

We have been established since 1985, offering independent professional advice on planning and design. The practice has successfully established a varied client base amongst large multi-national companies, smaller firms, developers, charities, solicitors, financial institutions, architects, surveyors and agencies as well as individual members of the public and environmental interest groups.
