PJS Development Solutions Ltd is an expert Chartered Town Planning consultancy. It offers bespoke and results focused services to landowners, developers, charitable organisations, government bodies, local authorities, parish councils, businesses, farms and private individuals.
Established by Philip Staddon BSc, Dip, MBA (Distinction), MRTPI in 2013, the company brings rich and comprehensive expertise in the complex worlds of Planning, property and politics. The company has all the skills to achieve success and secure the best results for its clients.
Philip Staddon spent over 25 years in the public sector, much of it in high profile roles managing Planning, regeneration and environmental services and providing the lead role on major and complex developments. He is also an experienced and accomplished Examiner and Planning Inspector.
We are based in Gloucestershire and work in the county, across the South West and throughout the United Kingdom. We secure Planning approvals and win Planning appeals across the country. We also support public and community bodies with a wide range of services.
