A small practice set up in 1997 offering Planning and Development advice throughout the UK.

The Company specialises in residential work having gained experience over many years within the housing sector. Design work is carried out on CAD systems for site viability layouts, master plans and Planning Application submissions.

The Company has many links with associated consultants covering the fields of land surveying, ecology, highways, landscaping and architecture and thus allowing the management and co-ordination of sites through the Planning process.

Recent commissions have included major new housing developments for volume housebuilders, affordable housing schemes and a number of barn conversion projects.

The Company has particular expertise in the preparation of housing site layouts which accord with the requirements of Secured by Design, Manual for Streets etc. and the preparation of Design & Access Statements.
