Jam is a sustainability - planning consultancy working throughout the UK and abroad, which provides advice to construction professionals in both the private and public sectors. Jam offers a wide range of services from small-scale planning applications to large-scale strategic developments and master plans, including Sustainability Appraisals/Strategic Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Assessments.

Jam combines planning and sustainability expertise to provide robust solutions that ensure the 'presumption in favour of sustainable development' can be achieved. Jam seeks to enable more sustainable development to effect real change and restore the balance between social, economic and environmental needs.

Established in January 2006, jam seeks to fill an identified gap in the market by bringing together the two disciplines of Sustainability and Planning integrated with an excellent appreciation of design.
