Bluestone Planning is an independent town planning and development consultancy providing professional services to local government, non-governmental organisations, businesses, developers, house builders, householders / private individuals, land owners, charities, community groups and trusts.
Founded in 2006, the company works across the South of England, the South West, the Midlands and East Anglia.
SERVICES
The professional staff are experienced in the field of planning and development and are chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
We provide advice in all main areas of town planning work, including: undertaking planning appraisal work for landowners to assess the development potential of land; submitting planning applications; advising on planning appeals and enforcement notices; making representations on behalf of clients through the development plan process; providing planning input in the acquisition and disposal of land; planning obligation advice and Neighbourhood Planning services.
