Planning & Architectural Services

Our Planning and Development Team of Chartered Town Planners are able to advise clients on all planning issues, from house extensions to large commercial or residential developments and preparing the necessary drawings for a planning application.

We have considerable experience and success submitting and negotiating planning applications throughout Surrey, Sussex, London and Kent. We are also able to advise on planning appeals and regularly advise clients on enforcement matters.
