SF Planning Limited is a chartered Town and Country Planning Consultancy offering professional advice to developers, landowners, the business community, public organizations and private individuals.

Based in Cheltenham, we work throughout the South West and Midlands regions; and further afield as and when required.

SF Planning offers a truly personal and professional service. As a company of MRTPI planning consultants we are capable of managing all the planning aspects of your project, or offering advice on any individual part of it.

We will always strive to provide what we consider is our best guidance, even if that sometimes means we do not achieve an instruction as a result.

We work in all areas of planning, including the project management of applications and appeals (written representations, hearing and public inquiries), site appraisals and development potential, Development Plan representations seeking to influence planning policy, enforcement work and certificates of lawful development.

We are accredited as a Smarter Planning Champion by the Planning Portal and are comfortable with urban and rural projects of all sizes in all sectors of the development industry "“ residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, hotel and leisure, retail, care homes, conservation and listed buildings, equestrian and farm diversification projects for example.

Cotswold District Council: Expert planning witness for the Council at a major public inquiry for 300 dwellings at Moreton in Marsh testing 5 year housing supply, and emerging Government policy.
