We provide planning-driven property advice across a range of clients and projects, but we have a particularly strong and successful track record in advising property owners on occupied properties and delivering complex development projects and planning-dependent transactions.

Our strength is our upstream advice on planning strategy, determining consent requirements and formulating tactics and implementation plans to optimise the likelihood of successful outcomes, and then leading the delivery of these outcomes. Our approach focuses on:
