Mike Gee Town Planning Services is an independent planning consultancy. It provides a personalised service to guide clients through the complexities of the planning process, to negotiate and find solutions, and to achieve successful outcomes.

Mike Gee Town Planning Services specialises in small and medium-scale urban and rural projects working for a variety of clients (householders, landowners, businesses, farmers, developers, local authorities) and as part of project teams working with other property professionals / consultants.

Mike Gee is the sole practitioner at Mike Gee Town Planning Services. Mike is able to draw on his extensive planning experience spanning over 40 years in the public and private sectors. Mike has been employed in a variety of local authority roles, including development control / management, planning policy, project development / implementation / management and building conservation. His local authority career included positions as Development Control Manager and Head of Planning Services.

Since 2007 Mike has acted in consultancy roles advising householders, landowners, businesses, farmers, developers and local authority clients on a range of residential, commercial, property extension, building conservation, farm diversification and leisure schemes and assisting clients in making representations to Councils on development proposals and Local Plans.
