planning services include: site appraisals, EIA, applications and appeals relating to planning and listed buildings matters, Local Development Framework representations, acting as expert witness. There is particular expertise relating to residential and holiday accommodation proposals, and in respect of enforcement and certificate of lawfulness matters.

architecture bespoke design services include: providing conceptual drawings through to drawings for planning and Building Regulations, 3D models, photomontages, animations and SAPs/Code for Sustainable Homes Assessments, project management, contract administration.

landscape design and planning services include: LVIA, landscape and visual appraisals, discharging planning conditions, landscape management and maintenance plans, development master-planning, sketch designs to full hard and soft detailed drawings, garden design, sustainable drainage system design and green roofs.
