KVA Planning Consultancy is a multi-disciplinary planning and development consultancy, based in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds, offering specialist advice to the development and property industries, public sector as well as private individuals and community groups throughout Northern England, specialising in rural, coastal and marine planning issues.
Whether it be the submission of a planning application, appeal or enforcement projects, representations of support or objection or public sector policy support, KVA aims to support you through the process by providing you with a professional service to deliver your aspirations.
We take a comprehensive and holistic approach to projects. KVA’s aim is to contribute to the planning proposal, identifying the key issues and developing an effective planning strategy based on relevant planning policies and the client’s intentions.
KVA have experienced planners available to work with clients on their specific projects, who can provide specialist advice on a wide range of planning and development issues. KVA will support and guide our clients through the complexity of local and national planning requirements.
Established associations with a full range of technical disciplines including architects, biodiversity professionals, consulting engineers and transportation consultants enables KVA to act as lead consultant or project manager in the progression of development projects through the planning process.
Services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our varied client base, which includes individuals, farmers, landowners, renewable energy developers, community and interest groups, property developers and public sector clients.
The Director of KVA Planning Consultancy has a breadth of experience in the development industry having worked within Local Government, the Private Sector, the Environment Agency and for Charitable organisations.
