Kerry James Planning is an independent planning consultancy offering an imaginative, flexible and cost effective town planning and development service. First and foremost great emphasis is placed on listening to clients and caring for their needs through a friendly and professional approach. The Company is led by Kerry James, a Corporate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute who has extensive experience of working within private consultancy and local government.
The Company deals with all aspects of planning across the North of England and North Wales with particular emphasis upon development control matters. Work undertaken includes planning advice, site appraisals, submission and processing of planning applications, preparation and submission of Design and Access Statements, submission of planning appeals and preparation of statements and proofs of evidence, appearance as expert witness at hearings and public inquiries and development plan representations.
The Company acts on behalf of a wide variety of clients within both the public and private sectors, including local authorities, national house builders, public utility companies, commercial developers, large and small businesses, residents groups and individual members of the public.
The Company draws upon a network of other professionals within the development arena, including architects, surveyors, landscape architects, environmental consultants, ecologists, arboriculturists and highway engineers to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to dealing with development proposals in accordance with clients requirements.
