The practice specialises in all aspects of Town and Country Planning working mainly with private clients, large and small with a strong record of success. Based in Leek Staffordshire we operate across Stoke, the Staffordshire Moorlands, High Peak, Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Cheshire East and the Peak District and Derbyshire.

We provide development advice and deliver permissions on projects large and small; handle enforcement matters; landscape design, and produce development briefs and historic impact appraisals. In addition, we carry out and bat and owl surveys and, through an associate, specialist ecology surveys.

Our track record is good and includes obtaining permissions for listed buildings, industrial and business development and tourism, leisure and retail developments. Both planners in the practice are qualified Town and Country Planners and offer a professional, experienced, common sense, practical service and the ability to think laterally as needed.
