GP Planning has extensive experience in all aspects of town and planning. Our specialist areas are minerals, waste, renewable energy, large and small scale residential, large and small scale commercial and rural development, including leisure projects. We also have extensive experience in environmental permitting and other consent regimes e.g. Hazardous Substance Consent. With larger and more complex projects our experience extends into Environmental Impact Assessment and community consultations.
