Namebptw partnership

bptw planning provides a client focused flexible and responsive town planning service to the public and private sectors. Since inception we have achieved a large number of significant planning successes, developing strong working relationships with our diverse client base which ranges from specialist private sector developers to volume house builders and registered providers to private and retail clients across London and The South East.

bptw planning is led by Planning Partner Gerry Cassidy who has over 26 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He is supported by a full team of experienced RTPI accredited planning professionals working on a broad range of exciting projects and major developments in collaboration with some of the country’s leading developers, registered providers and architects.

Our team members regularly lead multi-disciplinary teams on large redevelopment projects, attend and lead on public consultation events and present to design panels and planning committees. Given the scale of many of the developments we are involved in, we regularly meet and liaise with officers at the GLA, MP’s and local councillors. bptw offer a full range of planning services from appraisals and strategic advice to planning applications and S106 negotiations. With a demonstrable range of multi-sector experience including mixed use, regeneration, mixed-tenure residential, health and extra care, community, education and retail, bptw provides a comprehensive range of planning consultancy services and specialist advice including:
