And now for something completely different

Absolute Town Planning Ltd is a new planning consultancy inspired and established by Ian Coomber MRTPI with an emphasis on London and the South East but based in Brighton. Formerly a Partner and Head of Town Planning at a Surveying practice since 2007 Ian established Absolute Town Planning in September 2017. The aim is to deliver a highly tailored innovative approach to reach out to public and private sector clients which reflects Ian's cross sectoral career history.

Though a small firm a full planning consultancy service is provided including: planning briefs, advice on development plans, enforcement notices, feasibility studies, submission of planning and other applications; the conduct of appeals by written or hearing procedures and acting as expert witness. The strength of Absolute Town Planning is collaborative working with other core disciplines to apply a 'team approach' to meeting a client objective.

Planning and development expertise is offered in all market sectors including retail, commercial, residential and leisure. Over many years Ian has developed a great working relationship with architects and designers from across the wider region.
