Ryden’s Planning and Research team specialises in providing town planning advice and property market research across a range of sectors and can draw on the experience of our agency, development and valuation teams to provide clients with comprehensive property advice.

Ryden can be employed by the public sector in Scotland through the Government Procurement Service (GPS) as a member of the Regional Agent Partnership which has a place on the Estates Framework.

  • Property Market Research: provide local, regional and national market studies/forecasts and in-depth analysis of supply and demand across all commercial property sectors.
