Rolfe Judd Planning offers a full range of town planning consultancy services to corporate and institutional clients, developers, public authorities, investors and landowners. We aim to understand the business objectives of our clients, and tailor our services to best meet these.

The geographical focus of our work is in London and the South East, although where the scale of project and our expertise are both appropriate, we are happy to work on projects anywhere in the UK.

We aim to achieve the best possible planning outcomes for our clients through careful and positive negotiation. Appeals and inquiries are undertaken only where it is in our client's best interests.

We have the necessary experience and resources to undertake all types of appeal, from written representations to full public inquiry. Our services include: planning, listed building & conservation area applications; development plan / planning policy representations and neighbourhood plans; section 106 negotiations and CIL advice; addressing enforcement issues; community consultation; environmental assessments; masterplanning; and strategic planning advice on property portfolios.
