RCC Town Planning Consultancy was established in 2009. We have an excellent reputation for our wide knowledge of local and national planning issues and for providing unsurpassed client communication and support. This is reflected in our many testimonials on our website.

We understand each individual client’s needs; consistently delivering successful outcomes to both private and public sector clients and offering excellent value for money. We are committed to achieving successful results for companies, developers, businesses and individuals by taking a positive, creative approach to overcoming the complexities of the planning process and ensuring successful outcomes and maximising the potential of our client’s property or land.

RCC is experienced and successful in directing, facilitating and co-ordinating complex and challenging projects. We work closely with an established group of quality consultants who are specialists in their fields allowing us to provide a holistic approach for a wide range of projects. All our planners are senior planners with private sector experience and extensive local authority experience.

With our personal approach, knowledge and commitment we believe we have the right skills to advocate for our client’s needs within the complex planning system. RCC has local knowledge and familiarity with the concerns, priorities and approach of local authorities and community stakeholders and utilises this to the benefit of our clients.

We are experienced in planning for a wide range of developments with particular specialisms in;

Residential development

From house extensions to housing developments including the conversion of a listed former military keep into 13 flats and infill development in towns and villages.

Commercial development

Including a brand new golf driving range on agricultural land and a children’s nursery development outside a defined settlement.

Equestrian development

From a brand new competition/full livery yard and dwelling on a greenfield site to smaller scale stabling and outdoor arenas.

Agricultural development

Including a large robotic dairy facility, agricultural workers dwellings and diversification projects, including tourism proposals.

Solar energy projects

Ranging for a 20mw solar farm in the green belt to installations at listed buildings.
