Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team at Pleydell Smithyman Rob has nearly 20 years of experience in both the private and public sector. He has managed and delivered a range of development projects including significant EIA development for clients in England, Scotland and Wales including experience of Public Hearing and Inquiry work at appeal. His role also includes liaison with Local and Mineral Planning Authorities through development plan review as well as negotiating with statutory consultees and principal stakeholders. Rob is used to managing resources to budget, both internally at PSL including masterplanning, design, ecology and landscape professionals as well as an extensive network of external contacts he has built in his role.
Rebecca is a planning consultant with over 10 years post qualification experience. She has experience in the project management of planning applications and appeals and the promotion of sites through the local development framework system. Rebecca has extensive experience of report writing including planning and appeal statements, site appraisals and Local Plan representations and has had involvement in the writing, co-ordination and auditing of Environmental statements. Rebecca has been involved in arranging and carrying out public consultation events.
