PCL Planning Ltd are a planning and development consultancy who provide a complete service including lead consultancy services and project co-ordination.

We are an Exeter based company whose presence across the South West is firmly established and are able to serve clients across the region and beyond.

By providing a comprehensive approach throughout the planning process we aim to give our clients sound and balanced advice on their projects.

Recent projects include:

  • Outline planning permission for mixed use development comprising circa 1,500 dwellings (C3), restaurant (A4), retail floor space (A1), hotel (C1), employment floor space (B1/B8), care home (C2), park and ride extension (sui generis), primary school, community space (D1) and public open space and infrastructure.

  • Outline planning permission for a change of use from agricultural to open space and erection of a 10,000 person stadium (D2) including ancillary office and hospitality floor space and hotel (C1) and infrastructure.

  • Planning application for circa 285 dwellings, including green infrastructure and public open space, vehicle access points and internal roads, pedestrian/ cycle links and associated works.

  • Application with some matters reserved for a proposed health care centre comprising doctors’ surgery, dental surgery, child care centre, nursing home, dementia care centre, extra-care flats, parking and access.

  • Local Plan and LDF representations on behalf of a wide range of clients.

  • Local Development Framework and housing completion monitoring throughout the South West for a range of clients.
