Paris Smith LLP has a niche Planning Consultancy which offers a comprehensive range of planning services, together with legal support.

We have extensive experience in all areas of the planning process and in dealing with complex development projects of local, regional and national importance. We offer clear and precise advice at all stages of the planning process, to advise and guide decisions on development proposals.

We pride ourselves on offering a “one stop shop” approach to planning in an efficient and cost effective way, understanding our client’s aspirations and helping them to achieve them in a timely fashion.

We act for a variety of clients from both the public and private sectors including local authorities, charities, healthcare providers, retailers, commercial business, housing developers, sports clubs, leisure operators and land and property owners.
