Nash Partnership

Nash Partnership is a multi-disciplinary practice operating throughout the UK and with some projects overseas. We provide a range of stand-alone planning services as well as an integrated offer with expertise in regeneration, urban design, architecture and construction, according to client requirements.

Our planning service is founded upon professionalism and the core planning knowledge and skillsets of our senior professionals, aided by support planners and researchers within the team. The hallmarks of our service are ones of breadth, depth and attention to the particular requirements of each project to find solutions and deliver positive outcomes. The planning services we offer are set within a strong ethos of project and quality management to bring clarity to the programme, identify and mitigate planning risks, provide project leadership and ensure the right inputs at the right time. Clarity or purpose and presentation are overarching principles of our work. We have strong experience and understanding of the workings of local authorities at officer and councillor level and what is needed to ensure effective engagement with other stakeholders. For some projects, where for example the policy framework is not clear or up to date, we can bring a regeneration planning approach that sets the case for development proposals within a wider rationale for delivering sustainable communities and other planning objectives.

Our services include: *Planning assessments and feasibility studies *Planning strategies and advice *Pre-application advice and engagement *Site promotion and Local Plan representations *Planning, prior approval, listed building and advertisement consent applications *Planning appeals *Discharge of planning conditions *Sequential testing *Planning policy and site briefs *EIA coordination *Certificates of lawfulness *Heritage assessments *Certificates of immunity from listing *Socio-economic and geographic research *Place analysis *Regeneration strategy *Spatial planning *Masterplanning *Architecture *Urban design *Consultation and engagement
