MRPP specialises in providing town planning consultancy advice with a particular emphasis on securing difficult to win permissions using a forensic approach to problem-solving.

The practice has wide-ranging experience in both larger scale/complex commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use projects and on more challenging smaller scale urban schemes. It acts primarily for landowners, developers and retail and business operators.

It provides a full range of town planning consultancy services ensuring effective negotiations to secure planning consents, reducing s106 obligation liabilities, preparing supporting assessments, appearing as expert witnesses at planning inquiries and providing development advocacy expertise as necessary.

Three objectives apply to everyone at MRPP such that we deliver work that is
- of the highest quality;
- delivered quickly; and
- at a competitive cost.
