LB Planning is currently working with Parish Councils and Forum producing Neighbourhood Plans. Tasks undertaken include Village Character Assessments, Plan drafting and policy writing, evidence reviews, site assessment and selection and Basic Conditions Statements.

Liz Beth has delivered training on all aspects of Neighbourhood Planning, including Visioning, Process and Policy and Consultation. She is a qualified adult life-long learning facilitator.

Liz is an accredited and experienced NPIERS Examiner, also available for Health Checks. She is happy to undertake simple process reviews for groups that find themselves stuck or bogged down in the Neighbourhood Plan process; resulting in a short report detailing a way forward.

Liz has experience of Cycle and Rights of Way Planning, Public Art and renewable energy systems and planning in rural and urban contexts. She has worked previously for Local Government in Development Management, Policy Development and Project Management.
