JHWalter Planning and Environment provides advice and support by undertaking planning appraisals, submitting planning applications, help with enforcement matters, the submission of appeals and representation at Public Inquiries. Services also cover environmental matters such as protected species surveys, listed buildings, archaeology and landscape issues. JHW deal with a vast range of projects from barn conversions to new build, from anaerobic digesters to wind turbines, from changes of use to the erection of commercial sheds. They are able to offer a full land and building asset appraisal service advising not just on how to add value, but also on environmental matters which can often be perceived as project stoppers. In addition, we have a full residential and commercial property service.
