IDP Planning is a Chartered Town Planning Consultancy which has been established within the IDP Group which include master planners, urban designers, architects and landscape specialists. This enables IDP Planning to offer specialist planning services to private and public sector clients either independently or in conjunction with design and/or landscape expertise.

The company’s managing Director, Michael Jones, has over 30 years’ professional experience in all aspects of town and country planning, with a particular specialism for promoting and project managing both small and large-scale residential and commercial developments throughout the UK for public and private sector clients.

IDP Planning can provide advice on a wide range of planning related matters including initial site feasibility studies, planning applications, appeals, the negotiation and discharge of planning conditions, Section 106 Agreements, viability studies, enforcement matters, development plan submissions, neighbourhood planning, public consultations and site finding.
