Having worked for local planning authorities as a planning officer dealing with both planning applications and development plan preparation, followed by close to 20 years working within the development industry for Redrow Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Woodford Land and Barratt Homes in Land/Planning Manager and Director roles, means Chris Garner is able to combine an understanding of the local planning authority’s perspective with a commercial focus on achieving clients’ aspirations.
