Evans Jones is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Planning Consultants established in 1972. Based in Cheltenham, the practice provides services to the Commercial and Residential Property sectors across the whole of the UK.

We offer a range of services under four broad headings; Building Surveying; Planning Consultancy; Project Management and Disabled Access Consultancy.

Our unique mix of Chartered Building Surveyors, Planning Consultants and Project Managers enables us to provide early strategic advice to clients in terms of cost, planning and technical matters. We don’t believe you will find this mix anywhere else in Gloucestershire.

Whilst happy to provide standalone services we can also provide a fully managed ‘Turnkey’ service to clients who require one point of contact via our network of professional partners such as Architects; Engineers; Highways Consultants; Ecologists etc

Our brand of advice is invaluable to any scale of project be it a pre-acquisition survey or multi-million pound re-development project.

The core work of the Planning team is the resolution of planning projects in a diverse range of situations. As such we are ideally placed to advise a wide range of clients upon the planning merits of any particular scheme.

Our multi-disciplinary approach enables us to contribute to all stages of the development process with the planning division coordinating projects from initial consultation with authorities through to appeal by way of written representation hearing or Enquiry, as appropriate, to the development proposed.
