ECA works in urban, rural and coastal locations across the south-west. We specialise in resolving complex planning issues and in the past year have gained planning permission for projects such as a (1) mixed use scheme including 280 flats in Southampton (2) a passivhaus in the open countryside (3) re-allocation of a substantial green belt site for education use. Our specialisms include schools and nurseries for the private and public sector and eco houses for individual clients.

We are able to offer a joint package of planning and architecture if needed and our sister company Edwards Covell Associates CIC is a registered Community Interest Company working on neighbourhood planning and creative consultation methods.
