Ms Louise Brooke-Smith BSc(Hons) DipTP FRICS MRTPI  [ E-mail ]

Louise is a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Town Planner and after working in the public and private sectors both in the UK and overseas, set up the Birmingham based planning and development consultancy, Brooke-Smith Associates, in 1994. She is an experienced Expert Witness and advises commercial developers and landowners across the Country, on a wide range of planning and development issues.

Louise has been a previous Member of the West Midlands RTPI Board, Chairman of the RICS West Midlands Regional Board, is currently elected to the RICS International Governing Council and has been a Vice Chairman of the National Planning Forum.

Will has a wide range of planning experience having previously worked in the public sector at both County and District level dealing with appeals, enforcement and development control.

He represents a number of clients and has experience in working on a variety of projects including residential, retail, commercial and mixed uses covering both site appraisals and planning/listed building applications.
