Thomas is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), qualifying in 2010. He spent 5 years working for a well known local firm of planning surveyors predominantly specialising in rural and urban fringe planning. Thomas has experience in preparing a range of planning applications, particularly ones in sensitive environments. He has managed consultation events to deliver to the general public, prepared witnesses to present evidence in support of cases, and has himself presented cases to Parish Councils, Planning Committees and the Planning Inspectorate. Thomas is also a Member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants planning division and an Associate member of the RTPI.
Gary is an experienced planner and Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. He spent over 6 years working as a senior Planning Officer within the Development Management section of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. There he managed a large and varied caseload of planning applications, which included new housing, and care homes, agricultural and commercial developments. Gary brings to Bloomfields his well trained eye for making recommendations for the determination of planning applications on behalf of a Local Planning Authority. This provides invaluable advantages for the preparation of planning applications, producing robust appeal statements and making representations at informal hearings and at planning committee meetings.
Sam is a Chartered Town Planner and member of the RTPI. He has an RTPI accredited Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning. Sam has worked for 4 different Councils in Kent and Sussex. This has included working both as part of enforcement team and in development management.
