We are a comprehensive, award winning consultancy specialising in the design, procurement, management and maintenance of all aspects of the built environment. Our aim is to be recognised and acknowledged by our clients, government agencies, fellow professionals, the business and local communities, as well as our competitors, as a highly competent, reliable and efficient business producing value for money, quality services in a timely manner which exceed expectations.

Bailey Partnership provides an in house planning consultancy service covering all areas and stages of the planning and development process. We have a detailed understanding not just of policy, practice and the legislative framework for planning but also the politics and other key factors that influence planning decisions. Through consultation and social awareness we are able to facilitate engagement with local communities and provide public consultation strategies to deliver development proposals that accord with the principles of localism and neighbourhood planning.

As Chartered Planning Consultants we abide by a professional code of conduct set out by the Royal Town Planning Institute. We strive to maximise value, ensuring that proposals receive planning permission and that schemes are economically viable. We aim to limit the cost of the process, whilst picking the best path to success. Ethics and sustainability are key features at Bailey Partnership and our corporate responsibility strategy ensures that we work with integrity, which is reflected in the advice that we give.
