As Associate Director, Martin has worked on many aspects of Town Planning in Ostick and Williams, including Planning Appeals, Public Inquiries, Planning Applications, Feasibility Studies, Environmental Impact Asessments and Retail Impact Assessments. He has acted as expert witness at Public Inquiries and in a number of Planning Appeals. He has a proven track record of securing many planning approvals for a variety of clients and development types which comprise mainly of commercial projects.

Bill Morrison has been in senior positions with the Planning Service in the Northern Ireland Civil Service (1973 Grade 7 Principal Planning Officer in 1973; Grade 6 1990; Grade 5 1999 - 2001). For ten years of that period he was responsible for development control functions. He is familiar with procedures relating to planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessment and has taken part in many appeals and public inquiries in the role of Witness-in-Chief for the Planning Service and latterly in his capacity as a private planning consultant. As Planning Liaison Officer for the Water Service, he advises on aspects of obtaining planning permission for major and often contentious Water Service projects in a role that brings him into regular contact with senior officials and former colleagues in the Planning Service.

Jenny has been with Ostick & Williams for seven years.
Experience includes preparing, monitoring and gaining approval for a wide range of planning applications, including commercial, industrial, residential, recreational and educational proposals.
Further experience includes: Environmental Impact Assessments; public consultation submissions; planning appeals; applications for Certificates of Lawful Use or Development; planning objections; involvement in masterplanning; supporting statements; feasibility studies and site investigations and analysis.

Neil is a Chartered Town Planner with over 7 Years experience mainly focused on commercial projects.
Experience includes: Preparation and submission of planning applications; application monitoring/liaising with senior planners and other key stakeholders through to decision; area plan reviews; planning appeals; planning objections; public inquiries; retail impact analysis, preparation and co-ordination of Environmental Statements; planning supporting statements; policy review; feasibility studies and site investigations & analysis.
Neil serves on the RTPI (NI Branch) Executive Committee and is also involved with the RTPI Northern Ireland Young Planners Steering Group.
