Section 106/CIL

Working with Local Planning Authorities, we specialising in setting up procedures for completing Section 106 Agreements within the statutory time period for determining planning application, and introducing a database to monitoring the compliance triggers for securing the specified works or developer contributions. Whether you require someone to act in a dispute resolution manner or need assistance in setting up procedures, or merely chasing outstanding contributions we have a proven record in this area. Enforcement

We specialise in all areas of planning enforcement from reviewing current processes to undertaking initial investigation to direct remedial action. This includes drafting and service of notices to monitoring the compliance of the notice, and the provision of expert evidence at appeal, prosecution and other proceedings. Planning applications and appeals

Whilst dealing with a wide range of applications from small domestic extension to large commercial developments. We provide advice on planning appeals, preparation of appeal submissions and the attendance at appeals and public inquiries.
