Providing an initial appraisal outlining your chances of obtaining planning permission.
Submitting your planning application and keeping you informed of its progress.
If planning permission is refused or if you have unacceptable conditions imposed on your consent, I can lodge an appeal and present a comprehensive, well argued case that maximises your chances of success.
Dealing with any planning enforcement problems you may have, e.g.
- By negotiating with the Council to avoid enforcement action,
- Submitting an appeal against an enforcement notice

I am chartered town planner with an extensive knowledge of town planning law, policies, and procedures, with a specialist knowledge of enforcement matters, including Lawful Development Certificates.
I will keep you informed at all key stages of the progress of your application, appeal or other project.
My philosophy is to maintain a good working relationship with Council planning officers avoiding unnecessary delay, conflict and confrontation.

My fees are based on an hourly rate.
