Bell Cornwell Limited Liability Partnership is a wholly independent firm of Chartered Town Planners and Development Consultants which was founded in 1986 to advise clients on all aspects of planning affecting their land and property.

We offer a full range of planning services throughout the UK, primarily in Greater London and the South, to a wide range of developers, landowners, public sector agencies and development professionals.

Bell Cornwell currently employs fourteen professional staff and one in-house planning solicitor who assist clients to realise their project's maximum potential by:

Identifying and analysing opportunites for and the constraints preventing, the realisation of development;

Devising comprehensive and practical strategies to fulfill the opportunities and overcome the constraints;

Implementing the adopted strategy to a successful conclusion by way of planning application or appeal.
