We are a Practice of Architects, Planners, Project Managers and Designers based in Liverpool. Established in 1974 we have over 35 years experience of preparing masterplans, writing development briefs, and carrying out site and development appraisals for a range of uses including housing, leisure, commercial, industrial, retail, business park and sports facilities for a variety of private and public sector Clients.

We have considerable experience of planning and implementing mixed-use brownfield regeneration projects on former dockside, industrial and inner city sites.

The Practice has a particular specialism in conservation including working with historically important sites and listed buildings and the design of new developments in historic and sensitive settings.

By working closely with BCA Landscape, our associated Landscape Architect Practice, we are also able to offer integrated environmental and landscape design skills.
