Hunter Page is a specialist planning firm offering a personalised service to individuals, companies and public organisations throughout the UK. We assist our clients in achieving their development aspirations by influencing planning policy, unlocking development potential, and securing planning permission.

The company was established in 1993 and provides professional advice on a wide range of planning issues from, applications and appeals, feasibility studies, site appraisals, development plan policy and representations, urban design and masterplanning services, conservation and regeneration.

The practice has a broad client base including individual landowners, major commercial developers, house builders, national PLC's and Government Quangos.

Planning Applications, Appeals and Development Plans

Our Practice can advise on the preparation and submission of planning applications. When we are responsible for the submission of an application we aim to negotiate with all interested parties to ensure that our clients receive favourable recommendations at an early stage. Where applications are refused, the practice is widely experienced in appeal work by Written Representation, Hearings and Inquiry.

Our planning team constantly monitor the production of development plans throughout the country. We are therefore well placed to provide initial guidance on the progress of development plans and advise clients on when representations should be made to such plans.
