The Planning Team at Fisher German offers a comprehensive range of services including land appraisals, pre-application discussions, preparation of applications, appeal work, resolution of enforcement issues, Listed Building and Conservation Area schemes and Development Plan promotion.

We have an excellent working knowledge of the East and West Midlands, with experience in both rural and urban projects. We undertake work for both private and commercial clients ranging from major housing developments to resolving enforcement issues on farms.
