DESCRIPTION
The Land and Development Practice has been established for more than 30 years and our multi disciplined team of 17 staff including Chartered Town Planners, Chartered Surveyors, Land Surveyors and Chartered Engineers allows us to provide a comprehensive service for all our clients. Essentially, The Land and Development Practice offers advice on planning and the environment, from the submission of basic planning applications and dealing with enforcement matters to the overseeing and progressing
of larger development proposals. We can advise clients on any number of different stages of the development process, from a greenfield site through to completion or disposal of a development interest. This varies from single buildings to mineral and waste operations, residential, industrial or retail property.
