Background
Janet Dixon operated as a sole practitioner from 1985 until her Company was incorporated in March 2001. Judith Douglas joined the firm as a planning consultant in October 2001 and Alan Croston in 2005.
We are based in the market town of Clitheroe and provide a town planning service throughout Lancashire.

Janet Dixon has a particular interest in rural planning issues, particularly farm diversification schemes, new agricultural dwellings, removal of agricultural occupancy conditions, barn conversions, equestrian activities and other leisure uses.
