Vail Williams Planning
Our Planning team provide advice on all aspects and implications of planning legislation to clients across the UK. The team work in close association with other specialists including architects, lawyers, transport consultants and ecologists to deliver constructive actions for clients. We primarily advise residential and commercial developers, NHS Trusts, Institutions such as universities and schools, and also a wide number of private clients.
We are most frequently asked to represent clients in the following areas:-
Project managing the preparation of applications;
Negotiating with local authorities to secure planning permissions and related agreements;
Research, prepare and provide expert evidence at Planning Hearings, Public Inquiries, Local Plan Inquiries and Lands Tribunal Hearings;
Co-ordinate planning appeals including where necessary direct access to the Planning Bar;
Provide advice on Enforcement Notices, Certificates of Alternative Development and Lawful Development Certificates etc.;
Prepare representations at all stages of the Development Plan process.
