Broadway Malyan's planning experts offer independent consultancy services to national housebuilders, developers, public authorities, commercial investors and major landowners. The team has achieved considerable success in strategic land promotion, negotiated planning solutions and planning appeal work. It has a major and growing workload in strategic land analysis and promotion throughout the UK, in addition to its established development control workload.
As part of the company's Urbanism group, it can provide specialist planning advice or an integrated service that can include masterplanning /urban design, social economic analysis, regeneration, landscaping, design and access statements, EiA, section 106 agreement negotiation and architecture.
