Tetlow King Planning was founded in 1985 and provides a comprehensive planning service to private and public sector clients throughout the UK.

We operate from three offices at Bristol, Maidstone and Romsey.

The main planning services covered include most of the subject areas listed on the RTPI on-line directory. Clients include major landowners, local authorities, property development companies, government organisations, trade and professional bodies, housing associations, house builders, retail/high street businesses, international advertising companies, householders/property owners, et cetera.

We specialise in particular in residential development, affordable/social housing, continuing care retirement communities, commercial, housing and planning research, environmental assessment, advertisement control and masterplanning/urban design.

We are part of the multi-discipline Tetlow King Group which also offers specialist architectural, urban design, structural engineering, highway engineering and other technical services.

Tetlow King Planning received the award of the Most Outstanding Planning Consultant in the UK Over 50s Housing Sector in 2011 at the Awards Ceremony of the UK Over 50s Housing Weekly News in November 2011.
