Eli Abt is a chartered architect and planner as well as member of the Academy of Experts. He has chaired RIBA Competitions and served on the National Planning Forum as Planning Chair of the Association of Consultant Architects.
The practice is well established and offers a comprehensive and experienced consultancy in planning, design, development, land use, conservation and expert evidence. We specialise in oral and written representations both in support of, and in objection to, proposals for residential and commercial development of all kinds.
Appearances at recent public inquiries into appeals against refusal of planning permission have included the proposed commercial redevelopment of the former railway sidings at New Southgate N11; the service area proposal at junction 8/9 of the M4 motorway; and a multi-storey student housing scheme at Wembley Middlesex.
We have a high success rate both with planning applications and at appeal. Recent examples include housing in Ealing, Barnet, Redbridge, Thurrock and in the Berkshire Green Belt, as well commercial development in Enfield, Ealing and Brent.
