Our planning and waste team works for the public and private sector and for community/neighbourhood groups. We have considerable experience in Regulation 3 applications for LAs, with whom we have frameworks. We increasingly are being involved in outsourcing for LAs.

In addition, we: *represent clients at appeals, public inquiries and EIPs; *make representations to the development plan process; *prepare development briefs; masterplans; AAPs; SPDs and other forward planning documents; *specialise in waste management and planning, including preparing waste core strategies; *make sound objections to inappropriate development proposals by others; *prepare statements of community involvement and seek full engagement in proposals through early, innovative and frequent liaison between developers, local authorities, statutory consultees, the local community, and other stakeholders; and *undertake research in planning and environmental issues.
