Scott Planning Associates Ltd (trading as Scottplan) is a firm of Chartered Town Planning Consultants dealing with all kinds of town planning work. We are a successful small business providing a first-class professional, reliable and personal service for a whole range of clients from corporate businesses including property developers to private individuals. We place great value on ensuring clients receive a prompt and personal service, and ensure that the best possible case has been put forward to achieve our clients’ aspirations.

The Company is headed by Paul Scott who has a BA Degree (with Commendation) in Town Planning and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute for over 30 years. He was previously a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Paul worked for nearly 20 years for a number of Local Planning Authorities in the South and East of England and in London. For over 10 years prior to forming Scottplan, he was the sole partner in his own Chartered Planning Consultancy based on the Surrey / Hampshire / Berkshire borders, and then more recently a Director another firm of Chartered Planning and Development Consultants based in Surrey.
