The company is an entirely independent town planning consultancy based in West Yorkshire and formed in March 2009 by Andy Rollinson.

Andy has over 30 years experience in both the public and private sectors. Before establshing his own practice he spent much of the previous decade as a Director of Turley Associates in its Leeds office and has significant knowledge of planning application and appeal work via written representations, hearings and Public Inquiries.

He has detailed knowledge of the Yorkshire and Humber region and has extensive experience within Lincolnshire, the East Midlands and the North East too.

The company provides honest and creative advice on a value for money basis and as a result obtains most of its work through referrals and repeat business from existing clients and business contacts.

What is most important is the ability to be able to make a credible planning case in support of a proposed development rather than the scale of the scheme or the instruction. Whatever the size of the job the same "tell it how it is" approach is adopted to allow clients to make informed judgements.

Work is undertaken on behalf of a wide range of commercial, business and private clients on:-

1. Applications for planning permission and other related consents such as Listed Building and Conservation Area Consents.

9. Advice on all planning matters and independent review.
